Qualifications

• 6 months–1+ year of Night Audit experience preferred.
• Desire to work overnight shifts.
• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Keeps accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit transactions.
• Handles confidential information with integrity.
• Verifies room charges and starting cash.
• Manages daily reports and balance sheets.
• Submits reports to corporate as appropriate.
• Blocks rooms and handles guest requests.
• Performs security walks and emergency procedures.
• Prepares continental breakfast on time and replenishes items.
• Performs duties of a Guest Service Agent, including laundry.
