Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash accurately.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight shift including check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest questions or concerns.
• Perform night audit and balance daily financial transactions.
• Review and reconcile room charges, payments, deposits, and other transactions.
• Prepare daily reports for management and update hotel systems.
• Monitor overnight safety and maintain a clean, secure environment.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and guest account changes.
• Communicate issues to management and morning staff.
• Follow brand standards for service, cash handling, and security.
• Assist with light front-desk duties as needed during overnight shift.
• Maintain guest information confidentiality and secure records.
