Embassy Suites by Hilton Berkeley Heights is seeking a Night Auditor to help ensure smooth overnight operations. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, process payments, and perform night audits with accuracy, while delivering friendly service to guests.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and solid English communication skills. This full-time overnight position requires weekend and holiday availability in a vibrant, guest-focused hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience a plus
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferred
• Prior cash handling experience is necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills
• Schedule: Overnight weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties, such as guest check-ins and check-outs, during the night shift
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during the night
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
