Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking); other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Register guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately and promptly.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with benefits.
