Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel operations experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle billing with basic math skills.
• Clear English communication including reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Host and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in and check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless guest experience.
