Hyatt Regency New Orleans in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Front Desk – Night Auditor (Overnight Position) to provide warm, attentive guest service during overnight hours while completing essential financial and operational tasks to keep front office running smoothly.

You will welcome guests, balance daily transactions, and generate reports for leadership, working in a calm, late-night environment and in a premier hotel located near downtown attractions.

Formación

• Ability to work overnight shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic accounting procedures.
• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a quiet, late-night setting.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a guest-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests with late-night check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions and verifying accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute reports for hotel leadership and departments.
• Monitor property activity and maintain a secure environment during overnight hours.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
• Process payments and maintain compliance with all cash-handling and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with overnight housekeeping, security, and engineering when needed.
