Responsibilities

• Approach all guests and employees with a smile.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and hours of operation.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system.
• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
• Stay current on required trainings and courses.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist for procedures daily.
• Handle overnight guest requests and emergencies as needed.
• Assign delivery of newspapers and Express Check-Outs.
• Prepare Breakfast area for guest opening.
