Responsibilities include cash handling, updating room statuses, and coordinating with management. The role requires teamwork with all hotel departments to maintain high service standards.

• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.

• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
• Maintain lobby and bathroom cleanliness; ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Complete required shift paperwork and nightly audit reports.
