Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise the hotel overnight and ensure all daily transactions are reconciled. The role focuses on guest service, accuracy of records, and cash handling, while coordinating with other shifts to maintain seamless operations.

The position requires strong communication, reading/writing, and basic tech skills, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with overnight shift is ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• You must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges to guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
