Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms, handling requests efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports.
• Monitor hotel security during the night and respond to disturbances.
• Process financial transactions with cash, cards, and posting to accounts.
• Communicate clearly with the next shift and management.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Provide wake-up calls and other guest services as needed.
• Troubleshoot hotel equipment and escalate issues when necessary.
