Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites Orlando is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit functions while delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk. You'll assist guests with check-ins/outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries during the overnight shift.

The role requires proactive security-mindedness, accurate cash handling, and effective communication with hotel leadership to ensure smooth continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Proactive thinking to maintain guest security and safety.
• Accurately count cash and manage the cash drawer.
• Greet, check-in/out guests and process registrations.
• Communicate shift information to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations and collect payments.
• Prepare express checkout folios.
• Maintain room status inventory.
• Complete night audit reports and paperwork.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth shifts.
