Job summary

Planet Fitness Knoxville is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to welcome members, manage check-ins, and handle simple payments. This full-time, overnight shift requires a high school diploma and strong customer service skills.

You will work in a fast-paced retail gym environment, maintain clean facilities, promote memberships and promotions, and provide friendly, accurate information on policies. Training is provided; benefits include 401K and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months face-to-face customer service in retail or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with prompt, knowledgeable information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem solving.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Handle payments from customers, give change and receipts.
• Drive revenue by communicating benefits of products and promotions.
• Answer customers' questions about business procedures and policies clearly.
