Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with complete and accurate information.
• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts to customers.
• Drive revenue by communicating product benefits and promotions to customers.
• Answer questions and explain business procedures and policies clearly.
