Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to welcome guests with a confident, friendly demeanor and handle check-ins and inquiries. You will respond to calls, resolve issues, and help maintain a clean, inviting club environment.

Qualifications

• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a solid work ethic and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional manner.
• Respond promptly to calls and provide accurate information.
• Resolve member concerns with courteous problem solving.
• Maintain club cleanliness for portions of the shift.
• Accept payments, give change, and provide receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
