Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, handle check-ins, answer inquiries, and promote gym services and promotions.

You will maintain clean facilities during your shift, process payments, and provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will cover procedures, safety, and company policies. Hours may vary and weekend shifts may be required; join a team that values service.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members warmly, with a confident, friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club during the shift and manage payments and receipts.
• Explain products, services, and promotions to members to drive engagement.
• Handle transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
