Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to welcome members with a friendly, professional demeanor and manage front desk operations overnight.

You will handle member inquiries, process payments, promote memberships and promotions, maintain club cleanliness, and deliver prompt service in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening hours rotate with facility needs, including weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club during shift (up to 50%).
• Handle payments and issue receipts with accuracy.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Discuss availability and schedule with Hiring Manager.
