Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton is seeking a reliable Overnight Front Desk Agent to ensure accurate hotel accounting of guest transactions, billing and revenue. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, preparing nightly occupancy and revenue reports, and coordinating with management to resolve issues while maintaining security and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS).
• Able to work independently during nighttime hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out guests during the overnight shift with a welcoming approach.
• Handle financial transactions and balance hotel revenue.
• Provide front desk support and resolve guest inquiries.
• Prepare nightly occupancy and revenue reports for management.
• Monitor security and perform routine checks.
• Reconcile cash drawers and audit guest accounts.
• Assist guests with reservations and inquiries about rates.
