Hilton Mystic is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and perform nightly audits, ensuring accurate accounts and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple overnight tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including PMS and MS Office.
• Flexible overnight availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts and balance transactions.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts including check-ins/check-outs.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Respond to guest requests professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain nightly records and prepare reports for management.
