Job summary

Hilton Mystic in Mystic, CT is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours and to perform nightly hotel account audits. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, reconcile daily revenue, and prepare reports for management while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks overnight.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including experience with property management systems and MS Office.
• Flexible availability for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring transactions are accurate and balanced.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and communicate discrepancies to management.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and prepare reports for management.
