Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows is seeking an Overnight Front Office Agent. The role covers front desk duties, auditing daily ledgers, handling end-of-day postings, and resolving guest issues. Shifts run typically 10:00pm to 6:00am, with an overnight differential starting at $21/hour.

The position requires accuracy in charges, strong guest service, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Hotel offers growth opportunities and a vibrant, design-forward culture.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Averages sum of revenues from all accounts receivable across departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk: checks guests in/out, reserves bookings, resolves issues.
• Make cash drops following proper cash handling procedures.
• Organize the Front Desk area for morning staff readiness.
• Monitors hotel security camera system.
• Keeps lobby well-maintained, lit, and with appropriate music volume.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
