Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for overnight, onsite support in Greenville, TX. You will handle facility-related service requests, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain accurate service records.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The role requires working Thursday through Sunday nights and advancing to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine issues and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and service management systems.
• Monitor facility systems and alarms and follow escalation guidelines.
• Create and manage service tickets in designated systems.
• Dispatch work orders to vendors for timely completion.
• Run daily operational reports to support field teams.
