• Advocate and support adults 22+ with ID/DD.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, personal care.
• Attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Adhere to DDS regulations and agency policies.
