Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily activities and community participation. This full-time role includes paid training, a sign-on bonus, and paid orientation to ensure you start confident and capable.

Responsibilities include personal care, household tasks, transportation, and supporting individuals to maintain independence while following behavior plans and medical guidelines as

• Support independence by helping with household tasks, meal prep, errands.
• Accompany to medical appointments, community activities, outings, and events.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans as directed.
