Job summary

Venture Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support daily living, independence, and community participation in a compassionate team environment.

The role includes paid training, sign-on bonuses for full-time staff, and a schedule that may include evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives
• Assist with daily living tasks (household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, personal care)
• Accompany to medical appointments, banking and community activities, follow care and safety plans
