Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to be the first contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, process memberships, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment to uphold our Judgement Free Zone culture.

You’ll support sales and member services, assist with tours, manage billing questions, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

• Handling member inquiries and billing questions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Delivering friendly, professional guest interactions to enhance the club experience.
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth front-desk operations during shifts.

Responsibilities
