Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight relief coverage at a partner property. You will handle check-ins, balance daily transactions, and generate key nightly reports to support management.

The role emphasizes accurate accounting, security vigilance, and cross-department collaboration during the overnight hours (11 PM–7 AM). Prior hotel experience is preferred, with a HS diploma required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance transactions and finalize books, ensuring accuracy of nightly figures.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain safety and peace of mind.
• Prepare daily reports including the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations overnight.
• Use Windows, Excel and Word to solve issues independently.
