Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a night auditor for the overnight shift to ensure accurate balancing of revenue and settlements. You will run audit reports, correct discrepancies, and reset systems for the next day while delivering courteous service to guests.

The role requires strong attention to detail, English communication, and the ability to work independently through the 11pm–7:30am schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Able to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Accurate 10-key numeric input and basic math.
• Capable of using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsabilidades

• Run audit reports and balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer system issues during the shift.
• Prepare files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Collaborate with team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
