Job summary

Homebase, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor responsible for guest service, reservations, and night audit duties at the front desk. You will balance cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with breakfast and light cleaning as needed.

The role requires familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Access, plus strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff. Overnight availability and a flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with the public.
• Computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Access.
• Able to work overnight (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) and varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests, provide directions and assistance.
• Operate the Property Management System and process reservations.
• Perform light cleaning duties and assist with breakfast when needed.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and record-keeping.
• Balance credit transactions and conduct daily shift reconciliation.
• Perform administrative tasks: typing, filing, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
