Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance nightly transactions and finalize the books with accuracy.
• Perform security walks and ensure guest safety during night hours.
• Prepare Daily Flash Reports and communicate nightly operations to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents to solve problems and document results.
