Job summary

Residence Inn Lake Oswego is seeking a dedicated overnight Front Office Associate to balance daily revenues, close out the financial day, and support the front desk operations. You will act as manager-on-duty and ensure guest satisfaction with prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires 1+ years of guest service experience, strong computer skills, and attention to detail. High school diploma or GED is required. Position is on-site with a pay rate of 19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required.
• Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform duties in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Balance and close daily finances and complete daily financial reports.
• Perform the manager-on-duty role during overnight shift.
• Assist guests in a friendly, professional, timely manner and upsell rooms and services.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and handle special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions and hours of operation.
