Job summary

The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg, OR is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our luxury resort team. This full-time role handles nightly audit processes, balances revenue, and supports guest services from check-in to check-out.

You will assist other front office areas as needed and ensure a high standard of service throughout overnight operations. Candidates should have hotel accounting experience, front desk familiarity, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years accounting experience, preferably in hotels.
• Luxury hotel/front desk experience preferred.
• Experience in Opera Cloud, Delphi, Toast and Meevo an advantage.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Effective communication with all team members.
• Pass pre-employment background investigation.
• Oregon Food Handler’s card required.
• OLCC permit required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; pass MVR check; be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit tasks and balance revenue outlets and transactions.
• Check guests in/out and answer questions about the inn and local area.
• Support front desk operations and other departments as needed.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, and safety of front office and lobby.
