Sleep Inn & Suites Oregon is seeking a Night Audit Agent to serve as the guests� first point of contact and to manage all aspects of their stay during overnight hours. The role includes registering guests, handling reservations, and sharing information about rooms, rates, and amenities to ensure a memorable visit.

The ideal candidate will have hotel industry experience and a customer service mindset, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Front Desk Agent or receptionist.
• Strong customer service orientation required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Overnight position.
• Prepares and balances the days' reports and management reports.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit data.
• Register guests with necessary information and stay dates.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean, ready rooms.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs and events.
• Upsell facilities and services where appropriate.
• Maintain updated bookings and payment records.
