Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join the Front Office team for overnight shifts. You will balance hotel transactions, complete the nightly audit, and prepare financial reports for the next business day.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently while providing professional guest service in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and reports.
• Excellent guest service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn hotel PMS and financial reporting systems.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, promotions, and services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and guest experience.
• Accurately collect payments, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Promote hotel loyalty and rewards programs to eligible guests.
• Respond to guest questions about amenities and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Complete nightly audit balancing Front Office and Food & Beverage transactions.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, and reports to safeguard assets.
