Midas Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Charlotte. This overnight role balances hotel transactions, completes the nightly audit, and prepares the property for the next business day.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently during night shifts. Prior Front Desk or Night Audit experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk, Night Audit, or accounting is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room revenue.
• Accurately collect payments, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Enroll eligible guests in loyalty programs and respond to questions.
• Complete nightly audit and balance Front Office transactions and reports.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, and credit transactions; ensure asset protection.
• Close out the business day in systems and generate financial reports.
