Midas Hospitality, LLC is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team for the overnight shift. You will balance hotel transactions, perform nightly audits, and prepare for the next business day while delivering professional guest service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and comfortable handling financial reports and guest inquiries in a hotel setting. This role supports a seamless overnight operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude while checking in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue and guest experience.
• Accurately collect payments, process credit card transactions, and post charges.
• Promote and enroll eligible guests into loyalty programs.
• Respond to guest questions regarding amenities and services.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Complete the nightly audit by balancing Front Office and F&B transactions and reports.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, and reports to safeguard assets.
• Close the business day in Front Office and F&B systems and generate reports.
• Review logs and housekeeping info to prep for next day operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest communications and overnight activity.
