Qualifikationen

• Prior Front Desk / Night Audit / accounting experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions and reports.
• Ability to learn hotel PMS and financial reporting systems.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Upsell to maximize room revenue and guest experience.
• Accurately process payments, post charges, and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Promote loyalty and rewards programs to eligible guests.
• Answer questions about amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Balance nightly audit including Front Office, F&B, and guest accounts.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, and reports to safeguard assets.
• Close out the business day in systems and generate financial reports.
• Review logs and housekeeping information to prepare for the next day.
• Maintain records of guest communications and overnight activity.
• Ensure Front Desk and lobby areas are clean and professional.
• Communicate maintenance issues and updates to departments.
• Follow policies and safety procedures; assist leadership with projects.
