Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, part of Autograph Collection, seeks a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations. You will handle front desk duties, process payments, and perform night audits while maintaining guest safety and high service standards.

Ideal candidates have cash handling experience, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years in a similar role, with strong communication and computer skills and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Night Auditor or similar role preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties during night shift including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night.
• Ensure hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs for a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
