Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth night operations in a 357-room oceanfront setting in Miami Beach.

You will handle night front desk tasks, process payments, perform audits, and assist guests while maintaining security and service standards across departments for a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong computer skills are necessary for a smooth night audit.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues during the night.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises overnight.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
