Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet prospective members, sign up new members, check in existing members, and lead tours of the club. You will handle front desk calls, sign-ins, and account changes while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic computer use, and lifting up to 50 lbs during shifts. You will work 4 eight-hour shifts, with duties including daily cleaning and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members to provide a great customer experience.

• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
