Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a personable Front Desk Associate to welcome potential members, sign up new members, and provide a great customer experience at the Saint Paul club. You will handle front desk tasks, sign-ups, tours, and basic account changes, while guiding visitors through memberships.

The role requires strong customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills. You will also help maintain club cleanliness and support the Club Manager as needed.
