Meier Agency is expanding and seeks an Outside Sales Representative Trainer who will develop other reps and future leaders. This dynamic role offers rapid growth and advancement for proven performers within our system, with field experience in B2B sales.

You will implement training programs, conduct in-person and online sessions, coach team members, and help recruit and mentor new sales staff while staying current with industry trends and CRM tools.

Qualifications
