Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with leadership potential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing reps.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions to build skills and confidence.
