Job summary

Reynolds & Reynolds Co is seeking entry-level Outside Sales Trainees to join a 12-month training program with field and classroom training, including sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. You will travel extensively during training and relocate post-program to an assigned territory.

After training, you will pursue quotas selling Reynolds software, marketing services, forms, and promotional products to automotive dealerships. A driver’s license and relocation readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% during training and relocate afterwards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom instruction.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and drive quota achievement.
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to learn Reynolds products.
