Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking entry level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The 12-month training program combines field-based and classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel 80-100% during training.

Upon completion, you’ll relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas selling automotive software, marketing services, and forms.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record within the last 3–5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Enrol in and complete a 12-month sales training program, with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and achieve quotas as a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive customers in your territory.
