Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enrol in our 12 month sales training program with both field-based and classroom training, including Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you can expect to travel 80-100% with overnight stays. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for achieving quotas by selling Reynolds products and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in Reynolds and Reynolds’ 12-month sales training program, combining field-based and classroom training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive industry customers, meeting monthly and annual quotas.
• Travel with training teams and observe sales calls to gain product knowledge and customer insights.
