Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee to join a 12-month blended training program. Classroom sessions occur at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, while field training occurs in the trainee's territory with a Sales Mentor.

Expect 80-100% travel during training and relocation after completion. Upon completion, you become a Sales Professional responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel (80-100%) during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month field and classroom sales training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and drive sales quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive customers in your territory.
