The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with field and classroom components, travel 80-100% during training, and relocate to an assigned territory after completion to become a Sales Professional.

You will sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the automotive sector, supported by a mentor and broad company resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel overnight 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
