Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated entrants for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. You will train in a 12-month program combining field work with classroom instruction at Reynolds University, learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills, and travel with mentors.

Upon completion you relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional to meet monthly and annual quotas, supported by relocation assistance, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
