The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated, hard-working individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. The 12-month training blends field and classroom instruction at Reynolds University, with travel 80–100% during training.

Upon completion, trainees relocate to a territory and begin achieving monthly and yearly sales quotas for Reynolds products and services. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willing to relocate after training and travel 80–100% during training.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers within the territory.
