Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components, traveling 80-100% during training.

Upon completion, you will relocate to a territory as a Sales Professional to meet monthly and annual quotas, selling automotive software, marketing services, forms and promotional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow training program both in field with a mentor and in classroom sessions.
• Relocate to a designated territory after training and meet monthly/annual quotas.
